However, did not turnout to be trustworthy/responsible. The end result is that I am living at the Men’s Homeless Shelter in Reno, NV. I have gone to the state employment agency. My job councilor and vocational councilor both told me that I have just about a zero of getting a job without a phone or contact number. Even through everyone agrees a phone is a vital necessity, there are no vouchers available from public or private sources. I have no family that can help nor do I have friends to turn toward for help. And to top it off, my very good Apple laptop was stolen from my bunk at the Men’s Homeless Shelter.
